Initial
Appointment
- Your initial health restoration appointment lasts 1 – 1.5 hours.
- We start with open-ended questions to see what your desires are.
- You will fill out some paperwork about you, including a Symptom Survey.
- We look at your sleeping, eating, and water consumption.
- We learn the design of the body and how it works.
- We do a nutritional exam to look at digestion, tissue calcium, sugar handling, zinc test, and essential fatty acids.
- Then we make an agreement that fits you! What does this mean? How much water are you willing to drink? What time are you willing to go to bed? How much movement are you willing to do? Are you willing to start an Opening Channels program to jump-start your health? Are you willing to take your health to the next level of wellness?
Follow-Up
Appointment
- This is an hour long appointment.
- Two weeks after your initial appointment we sit down and go over the following list below:
- We go over your agreements we had made on your last appointment.
- We go over the nutritional exam, symptom survey, and what it means.
- At this time see if your body is ready to be muscle tested. Muscle testing helps the practitioner listen into the body and see what it needs and provide with the appropriate nutrition, herbs, homeopathic, and anything else the body may need.
- Answer any questions you may have.

- These are half hour appointments.
- Each appointment will chart your progress
- We’ll go over your intentions and agreements
- Make necessary changes based on your body’s needs
- Review your diet, sleeping, water intake, and answer any questions you have
- This is a 60-minute appointment.
- This is designed for “YOU” the client to be able to sit down with someone who will not judge you or give you answers to a situation or issue but to allow you as the client to come up with answers on your own. This can be very inspiring in many ways like switching jobs, going back to school, or moving, etc.
- This is based on the book “A Time To Think” by Nancy Kline
- This is a 45 to 60-minute appointment
- This helps the body clear out old emotions that no longer serve the body. These emotions, if left alone, could sometime cause issues in the body
- E-CPR is vital at helping your body heal fully
- This is a 50-minute session.
- This is a light-touch approach that can create dramatic improvements in your life. It releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance.

- This is a 30-45 minute appointment after the results come in
- Hair analysis shows digestion, adrenal, blood sugar, thyroid, Vitality, and the use of protein
- This is different from blood work. It looks at the body over a long period of time rather than a snapshot of a moment in time from a blood draw
- The test itself is a $45 check written to the company at the time hair is cut and sent to the lab by you!
- Results will be sent to the office for our reviewing and at your next appointment, you will receive the results
